SNOW PLOWING

Yes, we have been lucky so far, but if you live on Jackson, Lone Pine, Peirce, Bedford, Haverford, York or Hurst, please park your vehicles in your driveway before it snows to allow for efficient snow plowing (paid for by your DCA dues!).

STORM DRAINS AND GUTTERS

Be aware that, if there is a storm drain in front of your property, you are responsible for keeping it clear of leaves and other debris. Even if there is no storm drain, you are responsible for the street gutters in front of your property. Please help keep our roads safe and free from flooding!

DEED RESTRICTIONS

Deerhurst is a “deed restricted” community. Deerhurst is divided into three areas and each area has its own set of deed restrictions. If you are planning changes to the exterior of your property, you must first contact Terrence Cahill of the Deed Restrictions Committee to review your plans. Deed restrictions for all Deerhurst properties are on our community website www.deerhurst.org

BEDFORD ROAD PARKING

Residents of Bedford Road have requested that vehicles not be parked on their sidewalks but to reserve them for pedestrians. Please ask lawn contractors etc. to also comply with this request.
